Other Foods

Starting in 2009, The Carolina Bee Company will bee offering a selection of other foods based on the products of the hive: honey, beeswax, and maybe even propolis and pollen. For example, this year we produced and test marketed a limited supply of Kudzu and Honey Jelly. It was a resounding success. We are currently in the process of producing Honey Vinager — so very unique and hard to find. Stay tuned!
